Which pricing plan should I select?

The pricing plans are based on the total number of active users. We do not charge for users who have not signed in at least once or for inactive users. For more details, see Pricing Plans.

 

Do you require a contract to use AdminiTrack?

No contract is required. You may cancel at any time.

 

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. Email us at support@adminitrack.com and include your account number and effective cancellation date.

 

What payment methods do you accept?

MasterCard, Visa, American Express, or Diners Club. Purchase orders are also accepted. Please contact billing@adminitrack.com for other payment methods or inquiries.

 

How do I change my pricing plan?

Email billing@adminitrack.com wth your account number and new plan preference.

 

What is the cost for technical support and new releases?

Unlimited email support and new releases are free, even during the trial period.

 

Do you offer special pricing for non-profit organizations?

Yes, we offer a 20% discount to non-profit organizations. After you purchase AdminiTrack online, please email support@adminitrack.com and include your account number and organization name. The non-profit discount will be applied to your account if you qualify.

 

What discounts are available?

10% for 6-month license, 15% for 12-month license, and 20% for non-profits. Maximum discount is 20%.
